Since these days we will find numerous options in the same area/sector with same kind of construction going on, it becomes difficult for a buyer to choose the project which is best suited for him. Yes this is the common problem with every new buyer. To decide about any project, first of all you should see who is the builder of that particular project and then the layout plan of the project. Preferably, ground coverage usage should be 16 to 18% so that open area is available for common utilities and then you should see the layout of the flat. Further, ratio of super area verses covered area should be checked. Ideally, it should not be less than 80%.

The location is good and easily reachable from all parts of Bangalore. The roads are very wide and there is smooth flow traffic after construction of six lane road. In near future metro connectivity will make this area more sought residential hub in Bangalore.

Tumkur Road is one of the fast developing areas in Bangalore. With expected completion of 2nd stage of Metro by this year end. This area is going to become one of most preferred residential and industrial area. Proximity to airport, railway station, exhibition centre, NICE road, Pinea industrial area etc.

Yes, I booked here and during my booking sales guy told me that they have all the approval. As this is my first property so I am not aware about NA approval.

I feel that the location is good and well-connected by Nice Road to go east or west towards Yeshvantpur by Expressway which will take 15 to 20 mins maximum. Moreover, there are many other brands in vicinity like Godrej Gold County & Sobha Elite / Aspire / Ruby & Platinum.

I booked here and I liked the project because of the following reasons.. i) The location of project is superb ii) Payment plan is investor friendly iii) Big project ensures good community living for end users iv) The builder is good and known for delivering quality projects.
