I have a flat in Shantiniketan. More than 1200 families already live there and everyone feel totally safe in spite of crossing this damaged building every day. The accident did happen in Shantiniketan but it has been over criticized by the media. Otherwise why do you think Shantiniketan is still the sought after place to live in Bangalore.

Hi All, I would like to clarify all your doubts.. Prestige is the best developer in India. The quality of his finish will last for years. The standing examples are Prestige Acropolis, Prestige Palm Meadows, Prestige Shantiniketan (township similar to Bella Vista) etc. Prestige Shantiniketan is a similar project to Bella Vista. It is also a township build in 108 acres. Prestige Shantiniketan (residential part) was built with a unique civil engineering concept of using aluminum frames and concrete wall. Which mean there are no brick wall/hollow block wall. The wall is pure concrete.

Hi friends, I advise you to stay away from these so called township developers having so called big reputed names they are the most dishonest people. At the time of booking they will promise many things that will never happen. They will delay beyond reasons.

Recently, I dealt with Prestige group. I am satisfied with every aspect of my interaction with them, until their project became delayed. The delay will be for approximately for a year (at least) and as per agreement that we signed, Prestige is supposed to compensate us for the delay, a fixed percentage of prices of apartment - until apartment is delivered.

If you are looking for Prestige apartments then keep in mind that their apartments are expensive compared to market price of other builders. If you pay high rates then definitely you will expect something special in return. You will get nothing expect Prestige brand name.

If you are working in an IT organization then this is the perfect location. It is a main hub and very crowded area, getting famous in Chennai. Also lot of IT Business centers like DLF are located just within one Km from Porur junction, new round about over bridge construction is going on.

If you are looking for residential purpose then this location is good for you. Here you will find many facilities like various types of schools from state board to CBSE. Good hospitals nearby SRMC, MIOT, Kedhar. Good water from Porur Lake, above all no power cut above the government specified limit.

This is one of the best projects where all the landmarks of the city are more than 10 Kms and the closest landmark Porur juction on today's traffic takes 20 minutes to cross on a four wheeler.

I was surprised after seeing that the Sobha developers announcement of Rs 4600/sqft. for their new project which is going to be located around 3 to 4 km away (near savitha dental college) from Prestige Bella vista. I feel Rs 4200/sq. feet for PBV is quite reasonable.
