This is located exactly on Kundrathur High Road, 1.3-1.4Kms from Porur Signal. It's about 100m before the Mugaliwakkam Main Road and 300m before BaiKadai Junction. It’s coming in Porur, under Chennai Corporation.

What will be your comments on the approach compared to the other areas in Chennai? What is the water and power situation there?

The project location is good but water quality in that area is uncertain. Even in Sidharth they are planning to have a treatment plant to remove excess iron.

Since these days we will find multiple choices in the same area/sector with same kind of construction going on, it becomes difficult for a buyer to choose the project which is best suited for him. Yes this is the common problem with every new buyer. To decide about any project, first of all you should see who is the builder of that particular project and then the layout plan of the project. Preferably, ground coverage usage should be 16 to 18% so that open area is available for common utilities and then you should see the layout of the flat. Further, ratio of super area verses covered area should be checked. Ideally, it should not be less than 80%.

The location is good for investment purposes as Kundrathur Main Road will have more appreciation owing factors that its main access road with Bus Route, Proposed 100 feet road, monorail, business and retail establishments etc.

Folks, I got to know about Sidharth Upscale, seems to be a good project. Excellent pricing- it is 4700 for premium and 4800 for elite but do they have AAI approval for a 10 story building? No UDS details are available with marketing guys. They are yet to get the CMDA approval?? Is this project worth investing?
