Festive scheme from Tata Housing!! Recently, Tata housing has announced a 25/75 scheme for limited period offer. Zero premium i.e. In 25 : 75 Scheme you can pay booking amount of Rs 10 Lacs and then 25 % payment is to be made in 45 days and rest 75 % on possession (Possession date is October 2017)..

What is the BSP in 25:75 scheme? Assuming it to be the same as the original allotment rate+300 and construction time of 4-5 years, looks good. By that time, hopefully DEW issue would have been resolved and the rate would look more amenable.

i think its a foolish step to bring 25-75 scheme at a little higher price..its clearly injustice to initial buyers....anyway rates r too expensive of this project ..not a gud buy ..location is also bad ..

Tata guys have raised the price of remaining units by Rs 300 per sq. ft. This may be taken as appreciation. I heard someone telling that the remaining units are offered on different terms i.e. the initial 25% and remaining money at the time of possession.

project is expensive and not for short term punters Long term will do very well (3-4 year perspective ) Saw the site . Location is very good . Accessible without Dwarka Expressway from Delhi or Gurgaon.

Right.. location is actually good... will see decent appreciation..In Dwarka prices are at 12-15k, and their project is next to it therefore it is comparable to dwarka and not gurgaon

It is a joint Venture with Sidhartha, as land as well as licence by Sidhartha so they are keeping them as joint venture in it, Sidhartha's name name has been mentioned on application form along with logo. 2. Joint Venture Name - Lemon Tree Land & Developers Pvt Ltd 3. Sizes - 2 BHK - 1580, # BHK 2215, 2225, 2535, 2560, 2870 and 2925. 4. Price - Rs. 10,800 -10,850 & 11,000 (have escalation clause also). 5. Only 5 Towers of Ground + 25 Floors, Opened only 3 Towers in it. 6. PLC - Rs. 50 to Rs. 250.

11000 is not worth it .... The location is poor for 11000 just a 100 m from earth 112...... And there is no resale on dew... And if you want to spend 11000 go for gcx

Is bsp 10850 including two car parking or can one choose to buy car parking or not bcz in that case the 3 bhk options would get car parking at higher price than a 2 bh.

Tata after announcing the bsp of Rs. 10500 in the Gurgaon gateway which was confirmed by their booking now say in the allotment letter the bsp is 10800 as parking is included in the bsp . Any comments and suggested action
