Prices of all properties are falling down due to the downslide of the economy and there will be a steep fall which will affect all sectors including real estate . Time to bargain and pick the right properties as around a lakh properties have not sold till now due to the fall of big apple (USA) . It will take a turn around for atleast a year and all builders must reduce the price to sustain their margin in moving out properties . So Goodluck .

Fresco a part of Uniworld City - a town with all the day to day facilities within the township which we call as Newtown is best as it matches with requirement of buyer who want to stay or can be disposed to 4 member family too.

Hi Ranjit, How much appreciation are you expecting in 4 - 5 years? I stay out of Kolkata, and seen how prices get saturated after some limit in Bangalore and Chennai.

Prices are increasing not only in New Town but across the city. The demand should increase further in the future once the place is livable. The other reason for high price is that most of the complexes are very nice with many facilities which are not available in proper city. I think prices will increase further but the growth will slow down.
