I booked 2BHK, 554 Carpet at Atelier D only at pre-launch stage only. Approvals are in process. I got so many benefits like no PLC was there, No Floor rise, No additional car parking charges. Infact they have shifted the building to just beside highway, thus going future, it would be good investment for sure, especially for the higher floor, highway facing flats... And as per them, possession would be in June 2015, not December 2015.

Rs. 15426 per sqft (carpet) all inclusive (except VAT & ST). It seems higher but if you calculate the actual rate per sqft (carpet area) in the vicinity, you will get almost similar figure for mid-segment builders even, as they have lot of hidden elements & cost.

I booked in Atelier D at pre-launch stage.. Possession on June 2015.. This brand is extremely good in terms of quality & service. Many of my friends also booked in Urbania.
