Do not have much idea regarding builder reputation, but I liked the floor plan and booked a flat in Paramount Floraville. But now I feel that I have done biggest mistake by booking flat in Paramount floraville because of many reasons, few are 1. Worst customer care, you do not get any response on your email/phone, even if you get response, it is of no use. 2. Considered higher rate compare to what was mentioned in booking form. I will suggest not to book any flat in Paramount project.

I have booked a flat in Paramount floraville, but after that I am facing following problems 1. Worst customer care, they do not provide any response to email/phone, even if get response, it is of no use. 2. Considered higher rate compare to what was mentioned in booking form. 3. At the time of booking they committed that possession will be offered in Nov 2013, however in the agreement it is mentioned 18 months. If they would have told me this before I could go with 37:63 plan 4. There are many issues apart from above.

Do consider this project as nalla (irrigation drain) running parallel to 30m road in front of Paramount Floraville, I am not much inclined to enter these projects (Ajnara, Gulshan and Paramount) because of that.

I think it should be a smelling nalla, whose water would be treated in sec 168 STP.

If we talk about such things I don’t think u can find any project which is within the reach of common ppl like me without any issues be it nalla, STP, High tension wires, Village. In Noida everywhere you will have one or the other issue with LIG/MIG projects...

Hi all, I would suggest you to stay away from this builder. I feel that I have taken the wrong decision by investing in this project. These people have the worst customer service. They are least bothered to give any feedback for your queries. They do not reply to the mails and answer your calls which at times becomes very frustrating and shows how unprofessional they are. I would suggest everyone to please avoid this project.

Hi guys, I have booked a flat in Paramount Floraville. However, I have heard that in Paramount the balcony is 4' wide whereas in other projects they have 5'wide balcony. Is it true that as per the rules of Noida Authority it is mandatory that the balcony should be atleast 5'wide. Please throw some light on the same.

Hi guys, I am really disappointed with Paramount people. They have sent an unjustified demand letter to me. The demand letter has no break up and they are forcing me to pay the same without any justification. I have already made all the payments and have the receipts of the payments made. But last week I got a new demand letter with no break up mentioned. Their staff is also very unprofessional and are not answering to my calls. Has anyone faced the same issue?

Hi dear, I too have got a same type of unjustified demand letter. They are charging interest on all the previous demands that were delayed by the bank. They are not even answering to our queries which is quite unprofessional on their part. They have even refused to take my installment and have said that unless I pay my interest they are not going to accept my installment.

HI folks, is anyone who has booked a flat in Paramount Floraville aware of the completion date of the project? Also please give some updates on the internal finishing of the project. Hi dear, there is nothing to worry about. Every project has to get a lot of clearance certificates which is mandatory for all the projects. I haven't heard about any project getting stuck for such issue.

Hi guys, I received my BBA today. However, they have not mentioned anything about the possession date, cost of lease rent, ESC. FFC etc. in the total cost. They have mentioned in the cost section that the cost is inclusive of Club membership and power backup provision of 1KVA and 1 covered car parking. Has anyone else received the BBA? Hi all, I am a bit tensed about the construction status of the project. Please throw some light on the number of lifts that will be provided in each building. Are they going to provide any service lift in the high rise? I was told that they will be using fly ash in bricks for blocking extreme temperature. Are they really using fly ash bricks? When can I expect the project to be completed? Anyone who has visited the site please share your views.

Hi dear, I visited the construction site recently. There will be 2 lifts in each building. There are not going to provide any service lifts for the high rises. As far as the bricks are concerned, they are using normal bricks and not fly ash bricks as you have mentioned. The pace of the construction is quite good and may be best in Sector 137. Some of the towers are also nearing the top floors. I hope you find this information useful.

Hi dear, I too have invested in the same project. The location of the project is very good. The area is connected to sector 91. The project has very impressive floor plans. The construction quality of the project is also very good and the project is progressing at a good speed as some of the towers have already reached 11th-12th floor within a year. Hi dear, I hope that price that you have been quoted is under Flexi Plan for the upper floors. My advise would be to try and negotiate to get a better discount of 5-6%. Overall the project is quite good and I think it is a good option to go for this project.

Hi all, I am a new investor and this is my first investment in real estate. I have selected two projects Logix Blossom and Paramount Floraville. However, I would like to get some information about both the projects prior to investing my hard earned money. I have been offered Rs2800psf for 3 BHK after discount under flexi plan + IFMS for Paramount Floraville. Please let me know whether it is a reasonable rate for the property. I have visited Logix Blossom as well and have noticed that they are offering wooden flooring in the master bedroom and a modular kitchen. But these are not available in Paramount Floraville. Hi all, I have a query. Has anyone checked whether the builder has deposited the money to Noida authority for the project? Recently I heard that the builder has submitted just 15% of the amount and there are chances of cancellation of the allotment of the land if they do not submit the entire amount. Hi guys, I have a query. I booked a 3BHK flat in Paramount Floraville in April. A few days back I checked the latest layout and realized that it is quite different from the previous layout plan that I saw. They have also increased the number of towers and floors. When I booked the floor, they said that the number of floors was G+13 but now they have increased it is G+18. Can anyone please throw some light on the issue?
