Hi gall, I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat for investment purpose. I have shortlisted two projects Lotus Zing and Supertech Ecociti. The price that I am getting for Lotus Zing is 5000 sqf for a 915 sqf flat and for Supertech Ecociti its 1082 sqf at 5000sqf. For Lotus Zing the full EMI starts immediately and for Ecociti I need to 40% of the amount now and 60% on possession. Please suggest which project should I opt for?

Hi dear, I would suggest you to opt for 3C because of the reputation of the builder and they are more professional than Supertech people. Supertech has a very bad reputation in the market.

I agree with you. Even I am disappointed with the progress of the project. Their construction has been very slow. I have been confirmed by 3C that I should expect my next installment in 2 months for quite some time. But haven't received it yet.

Hi guys, I have heard that Lotus Zing is going to launch a new tower. The price of the new tower will be more than 4500. I was planning to invest in Lotus Zing but I feel the rates are quite high. Please suggest whether there are any other options available.

Hi all, I need your advise. I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in Lotus Zing. I have got two options from the broker and I am confused about which option to choose. The BSP rate for 2nd and 5th floors are 4000 and the BSP rate for 20th floor is 3800. Please suggest which of the two will be a better option.

Hi dear, I would suggest you to go for 3C as I was quite impressed with the floor plan and the project overall. I feel it is a safe option to invest in 3C considering their past projects. However, I do not have much idea about Paras. Taking into account the builder reputation and their previous performance, I will suggest you to opt for Lotus Zing.

Hi all, I visited the construction site of Lotus Zing. I was really disappointed with the construction status of the project. The towers facing expressway are still on the lower basement level. It has been quite some time the construction has started but there has not been much progress in the project.

However, after a lot of research I have noticed that there is a huge price difference between this project and the other upcoming projects. I am buying this flat for investment purpose. Hi, I am a new to real estate and I am looking for a flat in Noida. Some of the friends have suggested that I should opt for 3C as this is one of the best projects in Noida. However, the dealers have said that there are no fresh flats available for sale. I am getting a 2BHK flat on resale. My budget is 35L. Hi Anmol, I think it will be good to avoid opting for topmost floor. Top floors generally heat up quite fast which will be a problem during summers. If you are buying a flat with resale in mind than better avoid as you will get lesser price. Better look for some lower floors.

Hi dear, even I had the same query. I had a word with the staff of Lotus Zing and they said that the cheques will be deposited tomorrow. My friend who had booked a flat with same builder informed me that they took 20-25 days to encash the cheque when he booked the pre-launch in tower 7.

Of late I have heard that the area of the flats have been increased by 100 feet and as a result the builder is demanding extra money for increase in the area. Hi guys, I think it is not a very good project to invest in. I have doubts that there will be too many takers for this project. The project is too dense, too expensive and I feel the location is also not that great. The builder has not yet delivered a single project which is another reason to worry about.
