The builder says that they will start the hand over of phase1 by April 2014
Ashish | 30 January 2014, 02:16 PM
Hi Samir, have you visited the site recently? If yes, then please give me some information about the progress of construction of the project. Do you think that project will be delivered within the time that has been committed?
Vivek Gupta | 13 November 2013, 03:14 PM
Does anyone have any idea updates on the possession of Phase 1 of Silicon City. Amrapali has committed that the possession will be delivered in January 2014. I feel that there is still a lot of work that needs to be completed before they start giving the possession of the project. Do you think they will be able to deliver the project by January 2014?
Nandini Ahuja | 08 August 2013, 12:32 PM
I am not in India and as a result not getting any notifications about the project. I have booked a flat in Tower P. Please let me know whether anyone has received the demand letter for the finishing work of this tower.
Sahil Kapoor | 24 July 2013, 03:18 PM
I would suggest you to avoid any project by Amrapali Silicon City. I had booked a flat in Tower H of Silicon City in January 2013. According to the site plan it was mentioned that there will be a view of the swimming pool, park and club for the east facing units of H block and as a result I decided to book a flat in this tower. However, when I visited the tower recently, I came to know that there was no pool, club or park as was mentioned. When I discussed the issue with the sales executive they told me that the plan has been changed and the amenities that were mentioned will not be available. This is cheating and fraud on the side of Amrapali builders.
Heena Singh | 11 July 2013, 02:26 PM
I am interested in booking a unit in Amrapali Silicon City. Please let me know which of the banks have approved the project.
Arpita Singh | 11 July 2013, 03:30 PM
Hi Heena, this project is almost complete and almost all the banks have approved the project. HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Indiabulls, Citibank, ICICI Bank, Canara Bank, Bank Of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Indian Overseas Bank have approved the project.
Ishaan Arora | 09 July 2013, 03:23 PM
Hi guys, I booked a unit in Amrapali Silicon City in Tower F. I have noticed that the work is progressing at an extremely slow pace. The progress is almost nil in Tower F for the past three months. The builder is not following the specifications as promised. The height of the internal door and the ceiling is low as compared to the normal standard size.
Mahesh Bhatnagar | 11 July 2013, 01:35 PM
I agree with you. The work is progressing at an extremely slow pace and the construction has also been delayed. I had a word with the sales executive and came to know that the possession will be given by May 2014.
Gautam Kumar | 05 June 2013, 01:44 PM
I booked a flat in Tower B of Silicon City. I was promnised that the possession will be delivered in June 2013. Please let me know whether the builder will pay interest if there is a delay in delivering the possession of the project.
Anmol Singhania | 05 June 2013, 03:27 PM
Hi Gautam, I booked a flat in in Amrapali Silicon City. I called up the builder and the builder said that the possession has been delayed till next year March. I also asked about compensation for delay, they told me to get the documents and they will discuss about the same.
Farooq Siddique | 09 March 2013, 10:32 AM
Hi guys, please confirm whether Amrapali Silicon City has increased the super area of a 2BHK flat from 950 to 1035 sq ft. The super area has been increased because the balcony size has increased. Is the information correct?
Dev Singhania | 10 March 2013, 12:24 PM
Hi Farooq, it is true that the balcony size has been increased from 3.5 to 5 feet. 3% increase or decrease of the super area is permissible anything above this will be chargeable by the builder.
Akriti SIngh | 26 February 2013, 05:32 PM
Please throw some light on the proposed metro station that will be near sector 76. If metro is started in the area, what effect will it have on the prices of the flats in future?
Nitin Ahuja | 02 January 2013, 02:22 PM
Hi guys, I am getting a 2 BHK flat for an all inclusive price of Rs. 5000 in the ground floor. Please let me know whether it is a good deal? Are there any problems in the ground floor? Will Amrapali be able to give the possession within 9 months?
Bishakha Roy | 20 December 2012, 10:55 AM
Hi guys, here is some update on Amrapali Silicon City. I got a chance to visit Silicon City. I was happy to see that there has been a good progress and they are using very good quality materials. Most of the towers in phase 1 will be ready for delivery by June – December 2013 timeline. The sample flat has also turned out to be very beautiful.
Palak Chauhan | 17 December 2012, 11:55 AM
Hi guys, I am getting a deal of Rs. 4850 AI for a flat in the 14th floor on phase 1. Is it a good deal? People who have booked a flat in this project please suggest whether it is a good deal to opt for?
Sameer Mittal | 28 October 2012, 01:29 PM
Please let me know whether anyone has booked a flat in Phase 4. I have some strong doubts about phase 4. I booked in flexi plan and just paid the booking amount. However, it has been 4 months now, there is no news from Amrapali.
Shubham Tripathi | 26 September 2012, 12:33 PM
It has been 4 months since I got the demand for the last payment. They have not given any information on the construction updates of the project on their website as well. My main concern is that they are not even responding to my calls. Has anyone else tried to contact them and faced the same issue?
Shailendra Chauhan | 21 August 2012, 03:18 PM
I was planning to book a flat in Silicon City. However, I am getting mixed reviews about the project. Please let me know whether the project is a good option from investment point of view.
Shailesh Bhatnagar | 30 May 2012, 03:02 PM
I have come to know that HDFC bank has stopped disbursing loan for Amrapali Silicon City project. Is the information correct? If yes, then please let me know why have they stopped disbursing loan for the project.
Amit Trivedi | 09 May 2012, 04:20 PM
I have booked a unit in Amrapali Silicon City for investment purpose. Please give me some information on the all inclusive price of Silicon City at the time of possession of the project?
Sakshi Goel | 08 March 2012, 12:24 PM
I am looking for a 3 BHK apartment in Noida secotr 70 for end use. I got an pffer for resale from Silicon City which is Rs. 3650 psft for a 1835 sqft apartment on 6th floor. Should I opt for this offer?
Sanjay Singh | 25 July 2011, 03:40 PM
Hi guys, does anyone know which part of Sector 76 is disputed? Does Amrapali Silicon City come under the disputed area?
Rajesh Sinha | 18 June 2011, 02:29 PM
I have recently booked a 2 BHK flat in Silicon City on the 14th floor. I have heard that the FAR has been increased and as a result most of these builders are increasing the number of floors from 16 to 19 or 20. Is the information correct?
Sushant Chauhan | 19 January 2011, 12:29 PM
Hi guys, I have heard that Amrapali Silicon City has increased the price from 3300 to 3500 psft. Even after the price rise, inventory of one's choice is not available in this project. They are launching new towers and at the same time increasing the price of the project. Is it advisable to book a flat in the 7th or 9th floor of the project?
Pradeep Jain | 15 October 2010, 01:29 PM
I had booked a unit in Tower B in Amrapali Silicon City. I visited the site a few days back and to my surprise I came to know that Tower B has been shifted near phase 2 at the extreme left. When I inquired about the same I came to know that there is some land dispute for the area in between and hence they had to move Tower B. The manager has told me that he will give me some other options and I can select from them. Please let me know what should I do?
Sanyam Singhania | 23 September 2010, 12:39 PM
One of my friends was offered a deal of Rs. 3050 psf all inclusive on the 10th floor of the project. Please let me know whether it is a reasonable price to opt for? Anyone who has recently purchased a flat in Silicon City please let me know what rates have you got for the same.
Nikhil Tiwari | 17 September 2010, 02:26 PM
I have booked a 2 BR+ study with terrace garden in Silicon City. However, in the BBA the terrace garden is not mentioned. Are they really providing the terrace garden? What is the area of the terrace garden? When I had booked the unit they had said that it will be between 200 to 250 sq ft.
Anand Agarwal | 17 September 2010, 05:18 PM
According to the information that I have that is the fire area and you will not have any right in the fire area. It is better to change your booking. They will not refund your money but will use that money to buy a lower floor.
Piyush Arora | 10 September 2010, 12:32 PM
Can anyone clarify whether all inclusive prices include transfer charges as well? I got an offer of Rs. 50 lacs for my 1075 sq ft flat on the 16th floor of Tower P. However, I came to know that I have to pay Rs. 200 psf as transfer charges which comes up to be a huge amount. Please share your views about the same.
Aditya Ahuja | 10 August 2010, 02:30 PM
Hi guys, I have heard that Amrapali has violated the terms and conditions of MOU by extending the completion date in the flat buyer agreement. Can anyone please give me some more details about the same issue?
Shashank Arora | 10 August 2010, 03:38 PM
Yes, it is true that Amrapali Silicon City has violated the terms and conditions of MOU. The new date is 30 months from the start of excavation/ date of signing of agreement +/- 6 months. However, there is no mention of corporate deal in the agreement. I further inquired with HDFC, IDBI, BOM, BOB and they have said that the project is not yet bankable.
Deepak Jain | 03 August 2010, 11:21 AM
I have booked a flat in Amrapali Silicon City. I got a text from Amrapali saying that I need to come and sign the BBA and the home loan papers. Guys who have invested in any project earlier, please let me know what are the things that I need to check prior to signing these documents.
Anirudh Malhotra | 21 July 2010, 12:35 PM
I was considering to book a flat in this project. But of late I heard that there have been some issues of a STP and cremation ground. Is the information correct? How far is the STP from the project?
Siddharth Jain | 21 July 2010, 04:22 PM
I had visited the site and it is true that there is some issue with the STP. I have also come to know that there is a non operating burial ground parallel to 45 mtr road in between sector 76 and 78 for which Amrapali has shown park in the brochure. Tower D and G will have the view of the burial ground. I also visited Amrapali Green and realised that the construction quality is average.
Shantanu Roy | 16 June 2010, 12:27 PM
Hi guys, please share your views about Amrapali Silicon City both in terms of end use and investment purpose. I am getting an offer of Rs. 2950 + additional charges. Is this a good option? Should I opt for this project?
Shreya Singh | 18 April 2010, 11:27 AM
I had booked a flat in Noida. Last week I got a call from Amrapali saying my unit has a double booking. As a resulted they requested me to book some other apartment to which I refused. I was informed that it is upto the jurisdiction of the management to decide who will be given the possession of the flat. Please advise what should I do in this case.
Rohit Singh | 05 April 2010, 02:26 PM
Hi guys, I have heard that the project is bankable now. Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Union Bank are some of the banks that have approved the project. However, SBI and HDFC have not yet approved the project.
Sandeep Arora | 09 April 2010, 12:37 PM
As per the information available, the project has not yet been bankable yet. According to the officials it will take at least one more month for the project to be bankable. There are hardly any projects that have been approved by SBI and HDFC Bank especially projects by Amrapali and Gardenia.
Mudit Behl | 27 March 2010, 12:15 PM
Hi guys, when is the project expected to be bankable? Some of the people have told me that the project will be bankable by April or May end. I feel that the project will be completed on time as all the flats have already been booked and so there will be no financial problems.
Anusha Parmar | 24 February 2010, 01:45 PM
I am keen on booking a unit in Noida. Please let me know whether I should opt for Amrapali Silicon City or Gardenia Golf City. Please let me know which of the two projects is a better option when it comes to location, layout plan, floor plans and price.
