Two weeks back I visited the site. They definitely have a premium specification and offering semi-furnished kind of stuff like modular kitchen etc. and rates are also reasonable.

I am not satisfied with your statement that rates are reasonable. I don’t know why these builders provide all those things which are not necessarily needed by everyone. For example - they are offering Italian modular kitchen, why they assume everyone would accept it. Instead of that, give us basic things and we'll load whatever we want later on as per individual needs. No need to provide us 2 lacks worth stuff and charging 4 lacks beforehand for that..

Did anyone booked with Eon Homes? The current quote is Rs. 4400/sqft for 2BHK and Rs. 4700/sqft for 3BHK. Is it a good deal at such rates?

EON Homes are going to be premium homes what I heard. So that is equivalent to Megapolis Sangria or other premium towers. Megapolis is also charging 4100/4200 for premium towers...

Hinjewadi is very well located IT Hub of Pune. It is nearby Hinjewadi Phase 3 like TCS, Tech Mahindra and Cognizant etc. It has good connectivity with all important places of the City.

Hinjewadi is a calm and quite place to stay and one can walk to office and school. Within short vicinity you have shops and hotels ranging from simple shacks to star hotels. Continuous bus service is available to both the cities.

Hi Harshit.. I am residing at the same location and working in an IT company. Don’t worry about the location it is full of good IT companies. Here you will find many good IT organizations such as Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra and IBM etc., Development on in full swing for new complexes.

I got information about one new project by Kasturi Housing i.e. Eon Homes. The project looks impressive and basic flat sizes vary from 1185 sq ft - 1415 sq ft.. Any reviews??
