hi, we have bookd a flat in Urban soul, but it sems there title search report is not clear. Also revised plan of 9floors is not available, old plan says 6floors. creates prblm in loan availment

If we look at new development potentials in Pune area, either we proceed towards Kharadi, Ashok Nagar or towards other areas. Out of all these connectivity option seems to be best in Kharadi and there is a more chance of improvement of property values in near future.

Dealing in Land is very risky now a days.. All the real estate Dealers and Brokers have just become more fraud and corrupt. They grab land from poor farmers and sell it in high price. So, before investing in Urban Soul I just want to enquire about builder’s repo.

Hi, I don’t know the exact figure. The homes all vary in size, price range, and the community where it is built. On average they will not have more than a few homes in the same stage of construction. For instance they may have some at the drawing stage, a few at the foundation stage, some at the framing or drywall stage, and one or two approaching completion. This allows us to keep from saturating our contractors and allowing for a steady path of construction.

Kharadi is a well-developed area which has very reputed IT project like Zensar, EON, IBM and many others, mall like Inorbit -Phoenix are part of glory of the city. Airport is located near Kharadi area.

I feel that the location is good for both residential as well as for investment purposes. The neighborhood of Kharadi comprises of areas like Magarpatta CyberCity, Hadapsar, Wagholi, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon Park.
