dreams lynnea by Dreams group price in looking more but if you carefully look in to matter you will know it is best among all projects in wagholi. Recenlty on dasera it was launched. The project in total 17 acer land and having 3 phases.

it is 2km inside from kesananad phata (nagar road) btu there is a DP road and ring road planned. location is good.

I liked Ivy estate more by Kolte Patil...But they are not providing Car parking for their new phase Umang Pride..also they are coting too much 3800/- per sqft rate...cant think of a flat without car parking

Its a 8.5 acres project just next to Konark Exotica.I inquired about the sanctioned plans and approvals i was happy to know that Builder has got almost all the plans sanctioned.I would like to refer this project to the prospective Buyers looking for a dream home.

The best part about this location that the rates in this area is Rs.3500 to Rs.3600 per sqft ...where as in kharadi the average rate is above Rs. 5000/- per sqft.

The leading Shopping Centers such as Phoneix and Inorbit are located on nagar road hardly in 10 to 12 Km from Major residential projects in Wagholi.

In Pune where the rates of the properties are on the higher side in most of the areas, Wagholi can be considered as one good location to go for. Its an upcoming area having connectivity to major places like Kharadi,Vimannagar, Magarpatta.

Folks, I booked 2 BHK in Hill Shire. I took loan as well. Marketing guy was very co-operative. He is handing over all the approval documents to me for verification. He also agreed to refund me back complete amount with no cancellation charges if project is found with any issues after researched by my advocate.

Does your all inclusive booking price include covered parking as well? Which bank are you opting for? I too want to book there but would get some money in hand after about 20 days. Lemme see. Is there any site activity on now? What are the stages of the payment?

Don’t known about the stages of payment. Booking amount is 2 Lakhs. Builder is ready to do stamp duty registration straight away.

Hi, I heard about launch of 'Hill Shire' project by Guardian Developer on Wagholi Kesnand Road. I need you advice on this project. Below are the details. 1 BHK - 573 Saleable area - Rate - 3500 - Final Package - 25 Lakhs 2 BHK - 839 Saleable area - Rate 3500 - Package - 35 lakhs Marketing guy told me they have all the approvals, environmental clearances etc. Booking amount is 2 Lakhs. Possession - after 30 months. Distance from EON IT Park - 10.5 KM I am looking this for investment purpose, I am in no hurry to take possession. At the time of possession, it looks like Wagholi would be definitely in better shape than now. I need your opinions on i. Reputation of Builder. ii. Is this a good investment option? Thanks in advance.

Hill Shire is 8.5 KMs away from EON IT park. It is in Wagholi, 1 KM from Nagar road towards Kesnand. It is next to Konark Exotica. There are few other projects going on in this area but rates were higher than this. I hope this helps you to locate site.
