Would like to know your view on Purva Westend Project...the price range stated "Rs 4390 – Rs 4750 per sq.ft for limited bookings only" – Are the rates reasonable considering location and considering it is a Pre-Launch and next 3 - 5 years to go to complete the project? Also, would like to know about Pros & Cons of this project... Is it worth to invest? What would be the approx appreciation in next 3 -5 years.... Thanks in advance
