I have heard a lot of complaints against the builder like poor construction quality, not delivering what they promise. Please let me know whether it is a good option to invest in this project?

Hi Rajesh, the project is situated in Uttarahalli. You will get 2/3BHK flats in this project. The current rate is Rs. 2800/- psf which I feel is reasonable compared to the location of the project. The project has been approved by some of the leading banks like HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Andhra Bank and Canara Bank.

Replied to Siddharth Please give me some information about the possession date of the project. Is the builder reliable? Has the builder delivered any projects in the past? I am new in Bangalore and keen on booking a flat here for end use.
