What is Livability Score?
Proptiger's proprietary Livability Score signifies the quality of life a family will enjoy, living in a particular society and locality. It is calculated based on 4 parameters - the project in focus, locality in which the project is, the builder involved and safety in the locality.
Locality Score
Calculated based on proximity of facilities such as markets, recreational areas, hospitals, ATMs and restaurants in the neighbourhood; commute facilities such as metro stations, bus station and airport in the city; level of completion of all projects in the neighbourhood.
Society Score
Computed based on the presence of amenities in the apartment complex including power backup, club house, children's play area, supermarket etc. and the count of such amenities. It also includes the number of units present on each floor (2 apartment per floor) and the number present in the project as a whole.
Builder Score
Gauges the credibility of the builder using the following factors - years of experience of the builder, delay the builder has had with completion of projects and rate at which the builder group sells its units.
Safety Score
Calculated based on globally validated safety parameters such as lighting, security and transportation. This score is based on audits done after dark and before 10pm.
