Replied to shakthi raheja PS Group is a high-quality builder who has impressive projects in Kolkata. They are now entering Chennai with Nexterra. The project is really nothing like before. Modern amenities, technological fittings and nominal cost. The location at Perumbakkam is also great. Do check it out.
