Hey Guys, I am planning for a flat in UH. I stay in Jal Vayu Vihar and UH is right across my balcony. I love the location and my family loved UH. The broker is asking 64L-66L for a unregistered flat, though it is slightly over my pocket still my family prefers to be here. The biggest concern is the registration. Though I went through all the threads here, still confused. What can be the major drawback buying a unregistered flat? Though there is no legal issues involved I know, 752 Cr is due to Greater Noida hence, all registration of Unitech properties is stalled!

Replied to Ashish Thakar Please be extra careful in dealing with non registered flats, it is risky-Try to go ahead with registered unites, brokers say it is simple but buying or selling an unregistered flat is very complicated and messy.
