Scenario 1
Abhay and Ankita had an arranged marriage. It was a well-thought of decision. While enough money was spent to mark a decent wedding ceremony, the two youngsters in their late 20s who have been living on rent in the city of their work combined a large part of their savings to buy their home. - Friendships are solely based on trust. It is only based on this trust that a friend, who will have no ownership rights over your property at any point in time, decided to lend you money. You have to be extremely careful if you are one such borrower. Do stick with the deadline. In case of an issue, keep this friend in the loop at all times.
