#RealtyNewsRoundup: Buyers To Pay 12% GST On Balance Due If CC Issued By March 31

Homebuyers, who have invested in a property with a completion certificate issued before March 31, will have to pay 12 per cent Goods and Services Tax on the remaining due they have to pay to the developer. This has been informed by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes in the second set of FAQs it released on May 15.


To ease commute for the residents of Indirapuram and give them direct access towards UP Gate, the Ghaziabad Development Authority plans to add a ramp to the Hindon elevated road. At present, the commuters are travelling 15 kilometre to cover an actual distance of four kilometre.
