The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has said that 17,460 residential units across 28 group housing projects will be delivered by March 2018. Also, 4,553 residential units will be completed by December.

Lenders to Jaypee Infratech and the insolvency resolution professional (IRP) involved in the case are looking to raise around Rs 2,000 crore to complete group projects. While IDBI Bank is the lead lender to Jaypee Infratech, ICICI Bank is the lead lender to Jaypee Associates.

State-owned construction company NBCC will launch about 1,000 flats for sale this festival season. It is also in discussion with the government to develop affordable housing projects on surplus land with PSUs.

The Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA) will conduct the first e-auction of properties under its jurisdiction in the state from September 21 onwards. The long-term auction is scheduled to conclude on October 4. It will offer various properties in major towns of state, including Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Bathinda and Patiala.
