Reliance Infra has bagged the contract to develop the Versova-Bandra Sea Link project from the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) in Mumbai. The Rs 7,000-crore project will be a 17.17-km elevated corridor that the company plans to deliver in the next five years.

The Noida Authority plans to hold the online auction of 259 flats in different developed sectors of the city between July 19 and 23. These plots are the ones that remain unsold in an auction held in December last year. These plots are available in sizes ranging between 100 square metre (sqm) and 500 sqm and are in the price range of Rs 55,000 per sqm to Rs 1 lakh per sqm.

Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties is planning to raise up to Rs 2,100 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue. In its exchange filling, the developer had fixed the floor price for the issue at Rs 928. The final date and price of the issue will be finalised by June 28.
