In a bid to develop Sohna as an industrial town, the Haryana government has received proposal from Chinese land development firm, China Fortune Land Development (CFLD), entailing investment of around Rs 17,000 crore. In the past 15 years, CFLD has successfully built and operated 47 Smart Industrial Cities in China.
The much-awaited Bidadi Smart City project will soon be a reality. The Greater Bengaluru Bidadi Smart City Planning Authority is developing a master plan for a 9,000 -acre Knowledge Park, to be taken up under the work live-play concept. Though the project was conceived more than a decade ago, land acquisition has been a major hurdle.
The Delhi Metro is planning to start another project adjacent to the Janakpuri (west) Metro station. It has already started a residential project at Okhla. The agency had already floated tenders for the design consultant earlier this month. The project will have around 300 flats and will be built over an area of 1.128 hectares.
Delhi-based Atmanya Projects has forayed into Goa property market, with the launch of tree house bungalows with an investment of Rs 32 crore. There will be 15 units spread over an area of 3,700 acres, and would be ready by December 2017.
