Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has launched an anti-land mafia portal that will allow authorities to identify and take strict action against land grabbers. As a part of a drive, a special task force was also formed earlier that identified 1.5 lakh encroached properties across the state.

The Jewar airport will soon be reality as the aviation ministry gives an in-principle approval. The Greenfield airport near Greater Noida will be developed to cater to the growing flying requirements of the national capital region. An area of 3,000 hectares has been notified for the airport and is expected to attract Rs 20,000 crore as investments.

Real estate developer Amrapali Group has joined hands with eight co-developers to complete the construction work for 20-mn-sqft of pending residential projects. The projects that are due for completion are Princely Estate, Silicon City, Golf Homes, Smart City, Dream Valley, Centurion Park, Leisure Park and Verona Heights. The developer aims to complete the construction process of these eight projects by 2020.

Bengaluru-based developer Embassy Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation for the construction of Kaudbeesanahalli Metro Station along the Outer Ring Road, in front of Embassy Tech Village.
