Hi Guys, I have noticed on map that there is power station right opposite to the project and specially tower 7. Do you think this power station create any disturbance? Anything that one should be aware of before going for the projects close to power grid? Please share your views!!

Festive scheme from Tata Housing!! Recently, Tata housing has announced a 25/75 scheme for limited period offer. Zero premium i.e. In 25 : 75 Scheme you can pay booking amount of Rs 10 Lacs and then 25 % payment is to be made in 45 days and rest 75 % on possession (Possession date is October 2017).. Currently, they are selling 3BHK apartment in Tower 5 & 6, BSP (psft)= 10770/= and 4BHK Apartment in Tower 7 at BSP (psft) = 10685/=

Does anyone believe that the prices can be bargained with Tata...given that they are running promos to sell the flats..and very less demand in market (heard from people that reselling has slowed down)

Looking at Phase 2 flats as the room sizes are bigger specially the ones with 3300 sq ft in tower 7 looks spacious but the kitchen partition is not that convincing but that is something we will think once we decide to buy this flat..

Very few units available for unit#1 in Towers 6 and 7 and the rates are 10,685 psft at the moment. They told me 4 units available - 1 lower floor, 1 middle, 2 higher - all lower than 20th floor.. Just FYI...

What is your opinion on Primanti villas? How would they compare to other gated community villas (e.g. Nirvana, Sobha, Emaar, Tatvam etc.)?

Friends, I heard about a cremation ground planned in the vicinity of tata primanti. Read this info somewhere in other thread. Is it really true. I don' think they will plan a cremation ground so close to high end residential complexes. Could any one elaborate?

Folks, I am planning to book 3 bhk in Tata Primanti. I wanted to know how good an option primanti is comparing it to DLF primus, Ireo VV and other similar properties in SPR. My reason for isolating primanti is the builder reputation, construction quality and possibility to use it for personal use in the long run..
