I got an e-mail from broker.. Reasons for Buying / Investing in Spire South… a) In the entire Sohna Road not a single project is available at this rate. b) Sohna Road has been declared as a State Highway hence there will be complete changeover as far as infrastructure is concerned. c) Sohna Road has all the facilities and is completely habitable from all perspective. d) None of the projects in the vicinity are available at less than Rs. 6000 per sq ft. In the Southern Peripheral Road (Sec 70) Unitech has around 3-4 projects where no construction work have started yet though 30% payment has been made. e) Rate of ready to move in properties in Sohna Road is atleast Rs. 7500/ sq ft.
