I had visited the site last weekend and was surprised to see the project layout is very different than it was mentioned in the brochure. The scaling in drawing was the trick which builder played. There are 2 main problems in this project: 1. There are in all 5 wings the builder is building in a land parcel of 1.9 acres and there is another 6th wing which is going to be in the same compound but it will be 46 floors. This wing will shadow the other wings and that will cause a big big problem for investors while selling their flats. 2. The builder is no doubt giving the early possession but the whole project is congested and very small land parcel leaving lesser area for amenities. Please be very careful before investing in such properties and do visit all its other ready projects to get the clear idea.
