Having airport nearby is troublesome...noisy surroundings. I do not understand why people fall in the trap of Builders....

If yes, please update me about following things: 1) What are the other hidden charges (other than the basic psf rate like development charges etc. 2 )Parking 3) Clubhouse membership 4) Possession 5) Total cost for 869 2 bhk flat inclusive of all? 6) Payment options

Location of the Marathon Nexzone project seems to be good. It is on NH4B, a four lane road starts from Palaspe phata to Nava sheva. As compared to Indiabulls & Hiranandani, its in close proximity to Panvel station & proposed airport. Amenities offered by them are similar to that offered by Indiabulls. Marathon group is seems to be a well know builder with their major developments are at Lower Parel & Mulund. I checked with them, the other costs they are charging are in similar range as that of other builders in the locality. The only grey area is they are charging Rs. 300,000 towards parking & open space, which no other builder is charging. They are saying its optional, but this gives bit discomfort.

Does anybody know why Ulwe Residential property prices are higher than Panvel even though there are lots of reputed builders like Marathon, India bulls, Hiranandani etc. in Panvel which is not in the case of Ulwe.
