It is well connected to major landmarks of Old Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad. therefore residing here could be a nice boon for families and people for they get quick access to outstanding colleges, hospitals, recreation hubs and after all the work In NCR.

Project site is fine around 1.5Kms from Gaur chakkar. Also, if traffic will increase in future than it is better to have a distance of 250 meters from main road. About floor plan, I think it depends on an individual's view. Covered verandah is essentially a good thing if that can be counted as a small area that can serve as servant room or store etc. Most people have opinion that having more balconies is not good as you tend to spend more time inside the walls. Only a few people would have an opinion other than that. However, when you do the overall mathematical calculation on the overall area (including balconies) that you are getting in this project seems to be good. If anyone can use the balconies very smartly (Not sure how, I need some ideas on that too) than definitely it will be a good project. So in my opinion buying more built-up area is definitely advantageous than buying a comparatively smaller built-up area. What are your thoughts?

. Folks, I am confused between two projects: Ace Aspire and JM new launched project. Both the projects look impressive. ACE Aspire: Seems at nice location and layout and plans looks Ok, but I am not sure of Builder reputation, I got to know he belong to AVJ before.. But I don’t know more details.. JM: It seems a soft launch, and currently with good price but no further info about project detail. Friends please give your reviews so that I can take my decision..

Hi all, I have heard few changes in Ace Aspire’s floor plans. One of the balconies in all the sizes has been changed. Even if people say that only balcony size has been reduced but this balcony can be used in several ways and is the part of the floor. So, ideally the size of the floor should be reduced from 1325 sqft. to 1300 sqft. (approx)..Also, "covered verandah" has been renamed as "Balcony/Verandah" ...not sure why? Are there any technical issues in the names? I am not sure how many changes will be made in the future in these projects and builder quotes the same floor plan and same price.

Myself Raj.. I have booked a flat in Ace Aspire. The location is good and well-connected with other major localities. But the only disappointment is that builder is not providing the CB, Modular kitchen and as per my info not even basic things like FAN etc.. Deliver as a raw flat. Any updates...on this whether anyone have confirmed all these things while buying the flat...please reply..

I checked floor plans available on their website for 1125 sq ft. I noticed lot of space wasted in balconies and those are unusually longer balconies. For example - 1125 sq ft size could have been easily made a 2 BHK + Study unit with lesser loading in balconies.

Why one should limit their search to Ace Aspire, if better projects are available at almost same cost? What are the major attractions of this project?

Recently, I got to know about one new project Ace Aspire located at Greater Noida West. It is very close to Amrapali leisure valley. I guess Amrapali sold some more land in Verona Plot? The project offers Eye-pleasing design, good space and mind boggling facilities. The 2/3 bedroom premium apartments are tailor-made for luxury seekers. Any Reviews??
