What is the construction status of Amrapali Phase II? Why have they not yet raised the demand for the next payment as it was expected in September? Is everything fine with the project?

I had recently visited the project. The quality of sample flats look good. The bedrooms loioked fair sized and good however, the dining/ living room is compact. The only thing that I did not like is that the master bedroom has just one cupboard and the TV space in the living room is not convinient.

I recently visited Heartbeat City. The progress of the project has really been good. Basement floor has been casted for almost all the towers. In phase 1 most of the projects have been constructed up to 6th floor and for some towers 10 floors have also been casted. It seems that the project is progressing well.

Hi guys, I visited the site yesterday. Apparently there has been another price hike in the project of Rs. 400. The ground floor work is going on for all the towers of phase 1. Towers A and B seems to be facing Dadri road. They have started the excavation work for Phase 2 but towers have not come up yet. I was informed that the sample flats will be ready by next month.

The project looks good of paper but I have heard many complaints about the builder like not giving the possession on time, maintenance staff is not good etc. Should I opt for this project or will it be a better option to look for some other project?

I am looking for a flat in Noida. Some of my friends had suggested me to opt for Amrapali. Please throw some light on the financial health of Amrapali Heartbeat City. I have heard that they have the most number of under construction projects in Noida. Will it be safe to trust a builder who has the most number of under construction projects?
