Received an email from broker regarding one new project by Unitech "The Palms" in Sector-117 Noida. The BSP after discount of is 515/sqft. Parking is exorbitant 800000 (2 compulsory). Three types of units: 2BHK (1090 sqft) and 3 BHK (1455 sqft and 1545 sqft.
