Whenever someone says that Zodiac flat near possession then it simple mean that it will take another 10 months to be finished. if you have some disagreement then please go check any tower where possession letter has been given and how many flat are ready to move in status.

All Amrapali Zodiac buyers. Please be aware that the property dealers in Noida are trying to confuse owners of flats which are near possession. They have posted various ads showing Zodiac flat rates to be near 4700-5000 /sqft on olx and other sites. The real rates are 5200 plus. Please act smartly.

I have some questions, hoping to get some clarifications from the people who live in Zodiac. Here they are: 1. The towers G and S have already started hosting families. But I could see that the external paint was poor and paint was coming off of roofs of certain balconies. The dealer told me that both these towers are yet to get a final coat of paint. Is that true? Because otherwise, when compared to other apartments in front, like Prateek Laurel and all, the external paint of Zodiac seems to have been poorly done. 2. The dealer quoted me a price of Rs. 4650-4750 per sqft for a 3BHK (1325 sqft) at 17th or 18th floor in either of the towers G, S or T. Do you think this is a good enough deal? The flat is going to be a resale one. 3. The sample flats were quite dirty. But I am not bothered with that. In the end, the internals of the flat I am going to buy will matter. What should I keep in mind while checking that? Does the builder offer wallpapers in every room? What else? If any of you have any other suggestions, please let me know.

Hi All, Amrapali is fraud and worst builder in NCR. Never think even in dream to book flat for this builder. If you don't want to be cheated, worst quality flat and no commtiments and very very high delay then never book any flat in any project of Amrapali.

I am looking to buy a 2 BHK + study (1075) flat in Zoidac? Is it a good prospect to buy? I have explored many projects in these areas(76,119,121,120) and looking for a move in property, not wanted to stay back till end of the year for possession. Is it advisable to go ahead? (Avneet_Kohli)
