I am looking for a 2-3 BHK flat in Noida (central) with possession horizon of 6 months. Can you guys let me know if there is any issue with this project in terms of land or builder related dispute as I am getting a deal of 4900 all inclsv in phase 3 for a 1400 sq.ft which approx suits my budget. Also kindly help me what do you see as the possession horizon for the same.
