Hi guys, I am considering to book a flat in Noida extension. I have shortlisted two projects Supertech Oxford Square and Amrapali Centurian Park. Please let me know which of the two is a better option to go for. The location of Centurian Park is good, it is within my budget and has low rise apartments but I have heard a lot of complaints about this project like poor construction quality, after sale problems etc. When it comes to Supertech Oxford Square, I do not have much information about the builder and did not visit the site of the project. Please suggest which of the two projects should I opt for?

Hi guys, I had a really bad experience with Supertech Oxford Square and would request you to avoid them. I booked a flat in Oxford Square in September 2012. I previously booked the flat in H block but they changed by booking to F block as they were planning to build a high rise in H block. To my disappointment I have come to know that they have changed the layout plan of the project. At the time of booking, they had charged 200, 000 for covered car parking and 100, 000 for club membership. Later I came to know that I am the only person who has paid this additional amount. I am regretting that I booked a unit in this project.

Hi guys, I had booked a unit in Supertech Oxford Square in 2010 under flexi plan. I paid 10% of the booking amount and have been expecting to get the agreement from the builder. However, even after my successive request to the builder to give the agreement, the builder delayed in giving the agreement and then the farmers agitation started. The builder has signed the agreement in June 2013 but he is asking for a penalty of Rs. 11 lakh from the date of booking. Why is he demanding a penalty when he did not sign the agreement and did not demand it in 2010?

I am interested in buying villas in Noida extension. I had visited Supertech Oxford Square for the same. Though I liked the project, but I am tensed about the quality of construction of the project. I am also concerned about the ability of the builder to deliver the project on time. Please advise whether I should go ahead with this project or look for some other project.

Hi guys, I am getting a 2BHK flat low rise unit in Supertech Oxford Square. The price that I have been offered is 43 lacs. Should I opt for this deal? How safe is it to opt for a low rise in Noida Extension? Please advise.

I had booked a unit in Supertech Oxford Square in February 2011. I have already paid 10% of the amount but the builder has not yet given the agreement letter. When I inquired about it I was told that they have not yet started disbursing the agreement letter. Please let me know whether anyone has got the agreement letter.

I have booked a 2 BHK independent floor apartment at Oxford Square. I paid 10% of the amount as token money for booking the apartment in May 2012 and was asked to pay the rest of the money once I get the NOC from the builder. As a result of the farmer agitation, it got extended for a while and as of now I have no sign of getting the NOC. I understand that this is beyond the control of the buyer. However, to my surprise I came to know that the builder has canceled the booking of many early booking customers like me as current market price is well above what I have booked. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
