The most negative points of Eros are Location, relative higher price and average specification. Also, when I compared carpet area vs built area. It is not scoring impressively. However, possession time could be an advantage.

I am planning to invest in either Eros Sampoornam or Ajnara Le Garden. Some brokers are advising 'Sampoornam' and some are advising 'Ajnara'.Really confused here.. Can you please advise? Also is it a wise decision to do investment with 50% loan when you have just 50 % of down payment? or does interest rate that we pay is more than what we gain? or we should rather invest in fixed deposit etc?

Hi guys, I have a query. Please let me know whether Bank of Maharashtra is providing home loan for Eros Sampoornam. If yes, then please suggest which bank should I opt for BOM or HDFC. HDFC is giving floating interest of 10. 15% and BOM is giving a floating interest of 10.30 %. Please suggest which of the two is a better option.

Hi guys, I have booked a flat with Eros Sampoornam. Please let me know whether any body has received a letter from Eros which says that we need to pay an additional 1% TDS apart from the cost already committed by Eros??

Hi guys, I need your advise. I have planned to invest in Eros Sampoornam but I am a bit skeptical about the project. The price of the project is quite high in comparison to other projects. Why is the project so overpriced? When is the overall development of the project expected? Will there be any metro connectivity to that area? Patwari village is located right behind the project. Will it cause any problem in the future? Please let me know whether the value of the project will appreciate in the future.
