Folks, I heard Nirala Builder has launch new scheme for Nirala Greenshire residential project in Noida. 40% will be booking amount and 60% on possession. BSP might be higher in this scheme then a flexi plan. What’s that?

One of my friends told me not to buy a flat in Noida extension. He told me that Noida Extension is not good for residential purpose.
