Hi guys, I would suggest you to avoid this project. I had booked a flat in Jaypee Greens Aman. I was issued a notice that the last payment that I had made was short of Rs. 69498 and I have to pay an additional amount Rs. 69498. However, when I checked the demand letter from Jaypee I realised that I had made the exact payment that was mentioned in the demand letter. Their staffs are unprofessional and do not reply to the mails of the buyers. Better look for some good projects.
