Curiocity is on the backside, not bang on YEW. Also it is about 5 KM from F1 track. What kind of price differential do you guys expect between land in Jaypee city, or on YEW vs. land rates in Curiocity?

The current available rate of Curio City Plots is Rs. 2888/sqft. At such a cost you can get a good deal in Jaypee Sport City (Yamuna Vihar/SunnyVale). These are bang on Yamuna Expressway. Orris or supertech township are further away from Sport City. I believe this is the right time to invest on yamuna expressway for 5-10 yrs. timeframe as this area will take time to develop. Later stage the rates will be out of reach for a salaried man as in other Jaypee township in Noida and Greater Noida.

yesterday I visited at site still there is nothing but they increased their price Rs.1,000. now it is Rs.26,000/sq.yards. Thanks Rakesh Singh

I had gone there sometime back, it took us about 30-35 minutes after crossing DND flyway. It is about 5km from F1 Circuit, but they have sold half to ATS and the boundary demarcation is yet to be done between ATS and Orris it seems. I still think it is too far distance wise. Also am not sure how resale on a lease land works. Someone told me you don’t get bank loan for buying at resale and there could be issue on transfer of land after 1st transfer. Also, only NBFC's are financing this and no banks are yet on board. So please be careful when you opt at this point of time..
