Hi All, Recently, I got to know about a unique and a special opportunity from Sunworld to own a home which ensures both Capital appreciation and Assured Returns. 1. Assured Return of 12% p.a. on 100% payment for 4 years. Which Effectively means that the Basic Cost of the Property to you is around 1500/sq. ft. 2. Assured Return of 11% p.a. on 50% payment for 4 years. Which Effectively means that the Basic Cost of the Property to you is around 2200/sq. ft. The best part of this plan is, the remaining 50% payment towards the property can be paid through home loan and your EMI’s of Home Loan can be paid through the Assured return you get till possession and through the rental income after possession. So buy a Property by just paying 50% Cost and remaining 50% Property Funds itself. 3. Under normal CLP plans, customer pays around 50% in 6 to 8 months with no returns, but here you get 11% returns.

Sunworld Vandita Noida is situated opposite to the maiden formula one track in India. Sunworld Vandita Noida is also situated only 5 minutes of driving away from Buddha University and also at same from all the new presentation like Night safari and the Noida Expressway.

Don’t buy flats in Yamuna expressway.. Even villas are not good. You are not gonna stay and neither you can rent it out.
