Hi all, I would suggest you to avoid this builder. I booked a flat in Nimbus Hyde Park as I heard that they were reputed and trusted builder. However, they have changed the site layout plan of the project without any prior information to the buyers. As a result my flat has been shifted to the corner whereas I had booked a park facing apartment. On complaining instead of accepting their mistake they told me that it is my mistake that I did not visit the site regularly and as a result was not aware of the changes. Please avoid them and look for some other project.

Hi all, I came to know that LIC HF and HDFC Bank will provide loans for this project. HDFC Bank has asked for the papers but they have not yet disbursed any loans. If any of you have got your loans approved or disbursed then please let me know.
