HI,here is some latest updates on this project. Many home buyers have protested against the three realtors involved in this project as they have not only delayed in delivering the project but they have also used inferior quality products.

I have heard that the builder’s representative said that the delay was due to National Green Tribunal’s (NGT) ban on issuing completion certificates to 49 developers who had built projects near Okhla Bird Sanctuary. However, I am not sure whether this is the actual reason of delay or it is due to some other reason.

Pan Oasis is not trustworthy. They have increased the number of floors from 18 to 22 without informing the buyers which has resulted in congested lifts, delay in completion etc. At the time of signing the agreement they had told that if there is a delay in delivering the possession then they will pay penalty which they have not paid. The construction quality of the project is also of inferior quality.

Hi guys, does anyone have any information about why has the project been delayed for such a long period of time? I am really tensed with the current situation. Considering the current scenario I have doubts that the project will take at least 5 more years to be delivered.

I am interested in booking a flat in this project. Apart from delay in delivering the possession of the project, are there any other flaws? How is the construction quality of the projects that have been delivered by the builder?

The builder is also not fulfilling the conditions that have been mentioned in the brochure that was provided at the time of booking the flat. According to the UP Apartment Act a builder is legally bound to deliver everything that has been mentioned in the brochure.

Hi guys, I have booked a flat in Pan Oasis by Amrapali. Please let me know when can I expect to get the possession of the project. The expected possession date was March 2014.

I am really disappointed with the builder. I had booked a flat in this project in 2009 and the builder had promised that they would deliver the possession of the project in 2012. But I am yet to get the possession of my apartment. It is very negligent on the part of the builder for not delivering the possession of the project on time.

Hi guys, I have a query. I have booked a flat in Pan Oasis and it has been clearly written in the buyer agreement that the no. of floor is 18. However , they have increased the floors to 22 which has resulted in the company struggling to get NOC from the concerned authority. This has resulted in the delay in delivering the possession of the project. I am planning to form a group and take action against the builder.
