Few days back I checked Amrapali facebook page and I came to known that last week about 25 owners of the flat had a meeting with Amrapali and following are the outcome of meeting. a. They have delayed the first offer of possession by two weeks (end of Oct). Expect some possession of letters for next towers by Dec, Jan, Feb towerwise. b. Home loan issue has been resolved with IDBI and would be resolved with HDFC by end of the month. c. Actual registry cannot happen until Amrapali clears all dues to Noida Authority. d. Road between ASC and APE, Gate near F-Tower etc would be completed in one month. e. As per site-in-charge, all the flats are ready in "raw" state. Majority of the remainder work would be done during NOC phase once offer of possession is given. Hence no real progress can be seen in the actual flats now-onwards.

Do u folks know what was the date builder promised.. I thought there was some penalty clause .. is this applicable from Dec 2013 ?
