Hi guys, I got a letter from Shubhkamna that the number of towers have chnaged but the location of the tower is the same, When I called them up to get some details about the issue, they told me that Noida Authority has changed the number of towers. Has anyone else got this type of letter from the builder?

Hi guys, I am looking for a flat in Noida. I was offered a price of Rs. 3795 +1.5 lacs premium. Is it advisable to invest in a project with Shubhkamna. When I asked about the details and the formalities I did not get a proper reply from them which is the reason I am a bit doubtful about the project.

Hi folks, I would suggest you to avoid this project. I had booked a flat in Shubhkamna Lords in Sector 79 in May 2012. I paid the booking amount of 8 lacs. When I had booked the flat the builders had assured me that the project will be launched in 1-2 months. However, it was more than 10 months and the project was not launched. As a result I had written to Shubhkamna to refund my money with interest. But they are not ready to return my money with interest. I would advise you to invest your hard earned money with some other builder who has a good reputation.
