The builder still says that the project is being constructed in total compliance. If it is true, then why has Noida authority sealed the project? The builder is also silent about the refunds. What does the builder intend to do? Are they even bothered about the horrific time that we buyers are facing?

Hi guys, the builder was supposed to have a press conference today but it was called off. What is wrong with the builder? I am really concerned about the current scenario. I am doubtful whether the builder will refund our money.

I am really disappointed with the builder and would advise everyone to avoid any project by this builder. First they do not complete the project on time and next they do not even comply with the rules and regulations while constructing the project. At the time of booking the flat we were told that the possession will be delivered in 2012. But, it has been almost 2 years and now we don’t even know whether we will get our flats.

Noida authority had given permission to raise the height of the towers without maintaining the required distance of 16 meters from both the buildings. Then why is it that when the project is on the way of its completion, it has been sealed. Don’t you think that action should be taken against the officers of Noida Authority who approved the plan instead of sealing the towers?

Hi guys, do you think that Supertech will refund the money that they have taken from us? Most of us have paid almost 95% of the amount. Taking into consideration Supertech’s past records I don’t think it will be easy to take out money from the builder.

This is very unethical on the part of the builder to hide facts from the buyers while selling the flats. I have booked a flat in this project and I am feeling cheated as the builder never gave us a hint about the ongoing litigation. The builder did not give us a hint about the ongoing litigation for the last 2-3 years and sold the flats to the buyers.

Hi guys, the banks had also approved the project. Don’t you think that the banks were well aware of the fact that the buildings are not following the norms? How could they approve a project that is not following the by- laws?

Hi guys, I have also bought a flat in this project. I am not in favor of taking the refund as I have waited for almost 3 years to own an apartment of my own. Does anyone else have the same opinion? I am planning to form a group and ask for our flats instead of the refund as we have waited for almost 3 years to get our flats.
