Hi guys................... I have recently received the agreement and they have changed price quoted for car parking. They increased basic cost by 4 Lakhs and car parking is free of cost. Can some please tell me what could be possible reason for this ? Is this in response to Supreme court order, which says that builder should not charge for car parking space ? Should I go ahead and accept or insist on original agreement ?

I am new to Noida market. I am getting 35:65 (65 at possession) scheme in Capetown. The final price is 4800 + additional charges like parking, club, lease rent etc. Can anyone suggest me regarding the deal?

Hi guys, Supertech is the worst builder stay away. a project in almost all sectors in noida and none are near possession

What is the current rate for Capetown all inclusive? If I want to sell my 1150 sq feet cs6 15th floor flat what can I expect. Way I see it I sell now or wait till after elections. If its not going to rise more than 10% in 1 year better keep the money in FD and get peace of mind

Sure...currently supertech is charing Rs 250 psf as transfer charges and for noida extension they r quoting rs 500psf.I wonder where will the investors and end user go by such attitude of builders.

Guy's 'Cave town' suits better for them than capetown.... Do you know this project has a very high loading of 40%. So will it be bigger than caves??
