Terms & Conditions
Any person who is and remains eligible under paragraph 2 below, and who has completed the booking requirements with respect to any property falling under any of the Selected Projects (‘Intended Buyer’), shall become entitled to price protection during the Protection Period, whereby the Intended Buyer shall be entitled to downward revision in the Payments or Benefits, if any, extended by the Seller to another person i.e, third party, in respect of Similar Property (‘Price Protection’). Any variation of the payment plan as introduced by the Seller from time to time without downward revision in the price shall not be covered in this Scheme.
a. Any person eligible to book and purchase real estate in India shall be eligible to apply for booking of real estate under this Scheme.
b. This Scheme is available only to persons who purchase property directly from Seller in the Selected projects through PropTiger.com and complete the booking requirements during the Offer Period.
c. In case of any breach by the Intended Buyer of the Booking Agreement with the Seller, during the Protection Period, the Intended Buyer shall cease to be entitled to receive benefit under the Scheme. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in case of any delay in payment of any instalment as per the payment plan under the Booking Agreement, the Intended Buyer shall cease to be entitled to receive benefit under the Scheme. Bouncing of a money instrument shall be considered as a breach of the Booking Agreement for the purposes of this provision.
d. This Scheme does not extend to transferred bookings.
a. The Seller alone shall be responsible for implementation of the Scheme.
b. Intended Buyers must ensure that all booking requirements at their end are competed on or before the end of the Offer Period.
c. The Seller shall be responsible for apprising the Intended Buyer in case of occurrence of any event whereby the Intended Buyer becomes entitled to Price Protection. For avoidance of doubt, no cash benefit is intended to be extended pursuant to this Scheme and Price Protection will be extended by way of revision in rates, to be adjusted against future payments to be made by the Intended Buyer following the expiration of the Protection Period.
d. This Scheme shall form an integral part of the Booking Agreement and the Seller shall not unilaterally be entitled to withdraw or modify this Scheme.
