The connectivity of the area is good. All the roads and the expressway are situated in close proximity to the project. NH-8 and proposed metro station will improve the connectivity of the project with the other areas.

Hi dear, I visited the location of the project recently. The area will take some time to be developed and when it becomes livable. At least 2-3 years is required to make the place completely livable.

According to the latest information that I have been provided, the construction of the project is going on at a good pace. The developers have said that the project will be completed by the end of 2015. However, we can always keep a margin of 6-8 months before we get the possession of the project.

Unjustified prices.. I had anticipated that supertech would debut in gurgaon with a better location. The only thing that can make this project any sort of success is that if the USP of the project is really strong

Folks - What do you all think of Supertech's market image. On one hand they have North Eye, SuperNova (both are ahead of time as compared to the rest of Noida RE market) , Armani residences , Fable Castle ( Tie up with Disney) , a 100+ acre township in Gurgaon and a big township in Noida( Yamnua Expressway) as well and on the other hand they have Renesa which is yet to get launched even after one year. Supertech has also raised some big money from FII's and real estate private equity investors. Has it's image changed from a once small time builder of Ghaziabad and Noida to a decent one or all of these might be big promises which might never the light at the end of the tunnel.

As per my understanding they have quite good image to investors in Noida region, while in Gurgaon there is still lot to prove. Project has not given much return but construction is on track which may eventually bring the reputation gradually.

Question is would it be possible to go and live there in 2016? The new Gurgaon (Sectors 8X) projects could easily have been delivered by now. There is a lot of news about project delays. The question is, had they already delivered the residential projects, would it have been possible for people to live there? No, because location is at developing stage and lot more infrastructures need to be developed. Sector 77, 78 and 79 are to come up very well. This area will in it's own time in all probability beat Sohna road prices. But is that happening in 2015 or 2016? I doubt it. Some very good projects are already coming up in this area and there are many more yet to come. The proximity to Aravali range will keep you in the lap of nature. The connectivity through DWE way, NH8, SPR and outer SPR will keep everything commutable. For investors, earlier they enter better it gets. However, if someone is looking at it for self-use and has timeline constraints, watch out. Don't take it for granted that is the project is delivered by 2015 / 2016, you'll be able to go and live there.

I visited the site last week and came to know that the issue has been resolved. I was told that water supply from HUDA has been secured. They have installed a water treatment plant as well.

Hi Diksha, as per the information available all the licenses are in place and the project has become bankable as well. At present the site office and the sample flat are being constructed. Work on the towers will be starting soon.

Hi guys, the 3rd installment was due on 1st August but it has been 2 months and they have not sent the demand letter yet. Does anyone have any updates on the progress. The pace of construction seems to be very slow and I feel that at this pace they will not be able to deliver the possession on time.
