Has anyone received any communication from DSR regarding TDS to be paid @1% of total sale consideration if the cost is more than 5000000? Which part of the total amount should be considered for this TDS? Also, will this be an additional cost for us? As this TDS requirement has been recently announced and was not known when we booked the apartment, Who should bear this cost? Seller (DSR) or buyer (owner)?

Guys…any idea when builder is handing over the houses for final shifting? I have been told that we can shift by August end…any suggestions on that…as I think mostly all of us have to give notice to our existing landlords before vacating…

We are in the process of booking a 3 BHK. Need some information on the VAT and Service tax split-up given by the builder in the cost breakup sheet. What are the components for the VAT? (as per the sheet it includes, basic flat cost+car parking+BESCOM/BWSSBetc.,+Club house deposit). And the Service tax includes all these plus the VAT component also!! Can one of you throw light on this? Totally Confusing!

The project will consist of 222 apartments and is approved by BBMP. From Whitefield Road Inner Circle DSR Greenfields is approximately about 1.7 kms.
