I am looking for residential purpose and not for investment purpose. I am evaluating NATWEST Aura at urapakkam. I have not heard about the NATWEST builders before and also not finding comments or reviews about the builder online. Could anybody provide feedback about the builder.. Is the builder good at building with right design and materials? Any inputs would greatly help ...

Natwest Aura is good for investing as well as self occupation. Nice individual flat layout and amenities. Close to 600 meters from GST with around 60 ft road till the site. Only concern is 240 apartments in 3.5 acres but that is the case now with other builders as well.
