This mail is just a wake up call. Myself booked a 1565 sq ft flat on June 17,2018 (MC-5, C-11) and submitted a checque of Rs. 4,77,630/- on the same day. That day, Mr. Somenath was negotiated with us. I have not seen the exact flat but they have shown me 10-C in the same MC-5 tower. I have requested them to show me the exact flat and after that they should drop the checque for clearing. As per their word, somebody's loan was not sanctioned that's why the flat has been given to me. I have done all the paper works on the same day. I have all the copies with me. Today, when I called Mr.Partha (who supposed to show the flat today) he told that Mr. Somenath left the job and the flat can not be shown because the party has still not cancelled the flat. Rather, he insisted to take a resale flat in 10th floor (MC-5,10-C) where I have to pay 1,75,000/- more for car parking and modular kitchen will be extra. I took the checque back from them and depressed a lot. In these days, I have arranged the fund and mentally prepared also. But my simple question is that why they have taken a checque of Rs. 4,77,630/ and signed the booking form if the flat is not cancelled by somebody? Or a big nexus is playing here in IQ City for this type of activities. At the time of possession, it can also happen for others also who have already paid partial or full amount for purchasing the flat. Kindly take necessary action against the fellows who are playing a big game in this business. Otherwise, I will move to higher authority in this regards with all the documents and bring notice to all the people who have purchased the flat.
