The location of ATS Triumph is not good. Sector 104 is a sector with lot of industrial units.. A village inside it ...and most of the projects specially Godrej is a real shit ...ATS is better located but anyway always remember sec 109 and 111 and 113 will always remain premium pocket due to closeness to Delhi border and all premium projects concentrated around it...

Replied to Tapan At 150 metres the Dwarka Expressway will be one of Indias widest roads eliminate the congestion between Delhi and Gurgaon. With such close proximity to the Airport its seems to be boon for people who travel frequently.

Replied to Tapan Visited the site and it seemed bang on expressway (but disappointed in the width of expressway itself!!) How long before the litigation get sorted out and expressway is functional in best case scenario? - You think that even without expressway becoming functional this project may be a hit (Sector roads do exist even though in poor shape)?
